PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
This programme will assist people to develop into confident communicators.75-90% of a job role is communicating mainly with customers, suppliers or other staff.
TARGET GROUP
The programme will suit manager, supervisors and frontline staff at all levels in an organisation.
TRAINING STRUCTURE
The programme is presented by accredited trainers, experienced and qualified in corporate management and skill development training. It is highly participatory and practical. Participants will be shown the various processes, tools and techniques and then apply them in a small group exercises. There will be on-going feedback and support.
