PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
Trained and informed front-line staffs, give the first impression of your organisation and management. The programme is designed to develop effective communication and customer relationship skills, build confidence and handle customer needs more efficiently.
TARGET GROUP
For new employees, front-desk and administration staff, employees in retail and hospitality industries or anyone who deals directly with customers/ clients or other staff members.
TRAINING STRUCTURE
The programme is presented by accredited trainers, experienced and qualified in corporate management and skill development training. It is highly participatory and practical which involves individual and group exercises, discussions, on-going feed-back and support.
