PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
This programme will provide you with up-to-date health and safety knowledge in regards to accident and incident procedures, hazard, isolation, minimization and elimination. Safe food preparation will also be covered so participants will have an in-depth understanding of how to take care of themselves, co-workers and customers when at work.
TARGET GROUP
This programme will benefit those who are part of the Health and Safety team for your business, are in the process of updating your Health and Safety information and are working in the hospitality or food service industry.
TRAINING STRUCTURE
This programme is presented by an accredited trainer, experienced and qualified in corporate management and skill development training. It is highly Participatory and practical. It involves small group exercises and there will be on-going feedback and support.
