PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
To provide existing, new or intending supervisors or team leaders with formal training in basic, practical skills. It is designed to enhance their knowledge and techniques to gain more confidence in performing
managerial and leadership roles in an organization.
TARGET GROUP
For new supervisors, trainee managers or experienced team leaders who are performing supervisory roles in their workplace, but have limited formal management training.
TRAINING STRUCTURE
This programme is presented by accredited trainers, experienced and qualified in corporate management and skill development training. It is highly participatory and practical. It involves small group exercises and there will be on-going feedback and support.
